I try launching the game, but suddenly it says...

I played for like 15 hours but today I wanted to start but it says this in a windows window.
I got 16gb Ram, a gtx 1060 and ryzen 5 1600
I tried scanning the files through steam and reinstalling the game but that didnt help.

The same issue for me today. I have played about 7 hours over the last 2 days...and this morning I get this message at launch. It seems to be a windows issue that happens to many games, you probably tried to set it to run as administrator from the task manager, that only set one process to it. The fix is to browse the file location, open the phoenix folder, then right click the executable file in there and uncheck run as administrator. then try to relaunch the game.
