Same issue. I have done everything. I reloaded the game, cleared shader files, rolled back windows 11 update no change rolled it back forward to current release no fix. Clean install of AMD drivers. Wiped my save data and restarted game from scratch. Lips don't move and a odd square Halo around things.

The game worked fine in the early release but the release patch seemed to break it.

Folks, you won't get any answer from the devs here. You know, because they're too good to even read Steam discussion or provide help here. You'll need to go to the official bug report site and file a bug report which.. may or may not get addressed. But don't expect any sort of acknowledgement of the problem. We haven't gotten one of the critical issue the 2/17 patch caused to a huge number of players, making them unable to run the game anymore.

can't believe this is still an issue a month later. I can't play the game i bought months ago still because of this and some weird graphical glitches (everything has a horrible low-rez halo/glow around it , seemingly randomly) and the mouths not moving with the speech is really off-putting.

I came from a 3070 where I had framerate drops to 8fps, again, seemingly randomly. upgraded to a amd 7900xt and now I have these other issues.
my whole house/family are wanting to play it.
the devs for this are an absolute joke. What a waste of £50. :-(

Anyone using mods? I had the no mouth movement bug this week first time after installing a few mods.

I removed the mods I'd just installed and everything was back to normal. Can't remember which ones beside apparate and camera mod I removed am not near my pc to verify.

The game is great, I had a problem with the faces, there were no expressions, the problem was window 11 insider, I uninstalled it and switched to window 10 pro and everything was fixed

Npc's don't move their mouth when they speak?
Well, that's something in common with JRPG's then. Perfectly intentional & by-design behaviour!!!!!!!
