Game stopped launching

I’m confused. I’ve played for over 24 hours just fine, minor graphical issues but they always resolved themselves. Now, a couple hours since I last played, I find myself unable to launch the game at all.
I’ve verified game files twice, downloaded the most recent graphics driver, updated windows, disabled steam overlay, and restarted my computer a couple times. I’m honestly lost. The usual fixes aren’t working and I’ve looked into it to little avail.
Someone lemme know if they’re experiencing this too, and if they have any other fixes that may work that I can’t think of. Thanks!

same here i could play without problem since pre launche but weirddly right after the first patch, it doesnt work anymore it crashes everytime, so sad....

I WAS GOING TO POST THIS, i have more than 26 hours, running ULTRA with over 100 fps, on a 3080 all fine, now it is since 2 hours i can't even start it, it stops at "shader" for an "Out of memory" problem, what is happening

The same thing is happening to me right now. It wont download the patch completely and I've tried nearly every fix.

first said drivers old drivers version and crashed after trying to make make my charakter, updated them and now game is not responding even earlier

Follow the video I posted on here then launch the game and then you can close the game and undo all of it to turn ray tracing back on IDK why it works but it does

GUYS I FOUND A SOLUTION
Go to C:\ProgramData\Hogwarts Legacy and delete all files it worked for me!

I also saw this video, but none of the raytracing changes worked, nor the upscale changes. I am working my way through the video systematically to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I did this and it worked, but it also got rid of all my saved data, which is weird considering I believed it was saved mostly to the cloud :C

This is weird my data were stored in appdata/local
