Glitch in treasure vault outside of Keenbridge

Whenever I enter the underwater treasure vault outside of Keenbridge I start swimming towards ground then a glitch happens where I rise to the ceiling and am stuck treading water in midair. I can get out of it with fast travel but this glitch persists whenever I enter that vault, 3 times so far.

Same happening to me. Haven't found a work around yet.

Had the same problem on the way doing Madam's Kogawa's task to pop 5 balloons. I went and popped the balloons and went back and tried again, this time everything was normal. It may just have been random, but it might be some balloon triggers that are screwing something up while they are floating up there.

To enter this treasure vault without a glitch you can't track any quest. Remove tracking or complete currently assigned quest.

Makes no difference, after entering the vault, as soon as I try to move, I get flung upwards, no way to stop it.

THank you so much! I was having this same issue, and untracking my current quest allowed me to enter successfully.
