Stuck on Learning Reparo "Welcome To HogsMeade" quest

Hey everyone I'm stuck on the quest Welcome to Hogsmeade not sure what to do. The objective points me to sebastian to go to hogsmeade but when I get there apparently I'm not ready yet and have to learn Reparo still. Talking to Professor Ronen does nothing.

The quest descript is "I need to progress in my studies and complete Professor Ronen's Assignment to earn Reparo before going to Hogsmeade with Sebastian"

Not sure what I'm supposed to do

Look at your quests and complete the one for Professor Ronan.

Check in your "Quest" menu, there should be an assignment from Prof. Ronen, which will reward you with reparo. He is outside playing with butterflies. So prio that assignment to see what to do and where to go.

Prof Ronan has you go collect pages that are flying in the air as "practicing Accio". Then he will teach you Repairo and have you practice it on a nearby broken statue. Do those things, and you get Repairo in your spell list.
