Also the story is set and choices basically don't matter. You can't be an "evil" wizard or a "good" wizard. It's not Elder Scrolls: Hogwarts.
Character customization though is really cool. You can change the appears of all of your gear as the appearance of other gear you have unlocked. There's a lot of variety in that regard
No character creation. You choose between ~15 presets and can only swap their eye color, hair, brows, and moles. That's why if you see screenshots from players, almost all their characters look the same. Basically all female white-characters have preset 1, for example.
You can't change any facial features.
