Helm of Urtkot Bugged

This is a main story mission. I am bugged at the 3rd puzzle. I cannot jump up even after elevating the platform. So until this is fixed I am just screwed I guess?

lift platform, jump on small ledge on the left and from there t the top. that's how i did it.
the platform was vertical against the wall, not horizontal, that did the trick to get on the left ledge on the rock wall .
hope you understand what i mean .

You need to use the spell on the twisty thing more than once

took me some time too, to realize you need to put one of the moths to the middle bug-thing

Hit the switcher twice in a row while standing on the platform. It should do the trick :)

Its not bugged Just Look around see if their isnt anything u missed . Or learn you spels sometimes u will need more then 1 spell to get somewhere . Dont Say something is bugged because u have to think a bit further then beeing used to get it all for hand .

You have to hit the gold moth thing a bunch of times so it raises all the way to the top. Only got it out of frustration and hitting it a few times saying “just. Please. Work”. LOL

Driving me crazy trying to get this thing. I've tried every combination of butterflies and hitting the spinner but no luck. Gonna try that comment about hitting the spinner more than once and also the suggestion to use the small ledge on the left. So far I'm enjoying the game a lot! Just need help with some of the quirky puzzles. And I DO appreciate the help. ;)
