the mission "The elf, the nab-sack" Bricked my save...
The premise is simple, you upgrade one piece of clothing in the loom and then talk to Deek. I have upgraded all my clothes and the game seems to not be able to detect it. The mission also overwrote all my saves, so the all saves are a couple of minutes old.

I would strongly suggest to always make manual saves at important points to prevent more serious situations. Never rely on just autosaves if a game offers optional manual saves. There are buggy quest triggers all the time in many games.

If anyone else is looking for the answer, you have to do 'view traits' instead of 'view upgrade' on the item
