My Specifications
GPU: GTX 960 4GB
CPU: FX-8350 4.0Ghz
RAM: 16GB
HDD: 4TB 500GB remaining

I play on lowest settings with depth of field and motion blur turned off, using AMD FSR 1.0 Balanced setting & get around 40-50fps on average playing within 1080p

RAM Usage: is on average around 74% but starts at around 90%-94% on startup then lowers afterwards

So, that's a definite NO, I wouldn't bother trying

Good Luck & Have Fun :smiling:

Try it out if you have a SSD/NvMe. You basically give the Game more 'RAM' over your SSD.

if it says 16gb required then no you need to upgrade

I tend to agree that 8GB RAM will not be sufficient! Chances are the game will probably cause you nothing but problems!

Yeah I doubt that the game would even start up with only 8GB of RAM.

I have a 8GB RAM but I still play hogwarts legacy— you can still technically play the game even without the minimum requirements, just expect some lags/stutters but that can be somewhat fixed through the settings. I can play pretty fairly after all but of course, having a 16 RAM is better.

Really worth the upgrade for an extra 8gb extremely easy upgrade that your pc will thank you for.
