Difference between T-Shaped Potion Station vs Medium Potion Station Spellcraft?

Is there a potion that needs a Medium potion station? currently i can craft all potions so what the medium potion for?

More slots to make pots, medium is 2 slot and t shaped is 3 slots if i remember correctly.

i bought the medium one cause I thought it was like the plants. but its not. a medium one just lets u craft two potions in a station instead of one
