Bug in Lost Child Quest

During the Quest The Lost Child. When you come to a fork in the road Natsai says that we should continue down a certain path.. However Natsai decides to run around in circles repeatedly around a tree.

I'm having this same issue, and if you try to just follow the footprints it tells you you're too far away from her.

I ran away and let it reset and it seems to be good now.

Same here. She ran backwards (facing me) the way we came and then ended in a loop of running back and forward.

"Fixed" it with reloading an autosave from 2 minutes ago.

same here, i abandoned the quest and restarted and she started running in circles before I could even talk to the woman, broken asf for me

I had to reset from last saved point 3x before she didn't bug. It eventually worked.
