Onyx Hippogriff missing from gear menu after unlocking mounts

hey does anyone else having the pre order mount missing from their mounts list?
it shows up in the additional tab of the main menu as owned but its missing from my play through

for me it added it as a creature in my bag, then you can just swap them out like you do a broom

yes i have highwing but i didnt get the onyx

I have this same issue. Found a thread where someone mentioned contacting seller if you supposedly bought 3rd party. I am yet to try it but seems like this shouldn't be this king of a problem.

actually got the same problem, I pre-ordered the game and have only black/white highwing. Does anyone fixed it yet?

The Black one is the Onyx, i was confused first too , after some google i found out.

This is what I did to get everything: Go to WBgaming and register your account. Then link to steam. Then it eventually shows up. You can also link to twitch to get twitch drops as well.

You shouldn't have to link any account.

I have all the mounts from deluxe without having to do all that crap.

Once you do the required quest, they should be unlocked as mounts.
