Bug-the Alohomora mission stuck
When the mission fail, back to the mission started : talk with moon.
But when i found him,I cant tell and F him, cant use map or f talk to other people.also cant saved the game.
If i change the mission, system tell me need cancel the mission or finish it. but I cant start and I cant found cancel mission key.

the same thing happened to me. I'm trying to find a workaround but nothing is working.

I had this happen to me at a different point in the game, floor was gone, couldn't move, couldn't press F or open map.

Try to reload from an earlier save file or earlier auto save.

Did you make a support ticket, so they can fix it?
My Girlfriend as the same problem with the moon mission

softlocked my game and all the autosaves are after that ...

im having the same issue actually multiple times. completed a mission saved before i turned it in, got off, came back loaded up and cant talk to anyone, loaded a previous save that fixed it then went around collecting demiguises just to have the bug pop up again and all of my saves now have it. cant talk to single quest npc, can talk to shop owners and pet cats though

just go into the quest menu and abandon quest DO NOT RESTART.

I had this issue and just abandoning quest and coming back to it again later fixed it

to clarify you go into the quest menu and in the same place where you track which quest you want to do there is an option to abandon the quest also

i did just seem to fix my save file and as soon as I did I maDe a new save. all i did was attend transfiguration class to complete a quest and now everthing seems to be ok (Fingers crossed) gonna be making more manual saves from now on
