Casting Accio after unlocking Wingardium Leviosa

I've just tried catching one of those flying books after unlocking Wingardium Leviosa, and now instead of having the book fly into my hand, my stupid character casts Wingardium Leviosa right after and the book just floats in front of me.

How do you pick up these books after unlocking WL?

PS: I AM NOT HOLDING DOWN THE BUTTONS

Are you implying I don't know the difference between tapping and holding, or that I don't know how to read?
I'm tapping the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ button and the stupid ♥♥♥♥ still casts leviosa afterwards, holding does the same thing.

If only a handful of people have this issue, it’s user error.

If the entire game population has this issue, it’s the game.

Logic dictates YOU are doing something wrong.

Wrong spell, wrong item targeted, etc.

Clearly if the game has been beaten, as I stated I did, the bug isn’t with the game, infact YOU my dear child are bugged.

One tap of acio starts the spell. Both wingardium leviosa and acio. But Wingardium leviosa is on a timer. Another tap of acio stops the acio spell. There is no place in the main plot of the game where acio would behave with what you have told us. Maybe it is a bug only a few experience.

I literally beat the game. If you hold Accio it turns into Wingardium Leviosa. If you just tap it, it casts Accio.

it doesn't happen for me, unless I mouse up or down

if your mouse is set very sensitive, it might be triggering it automatically

People like you are what's wrong with forums like Steam.

- There are thousands of variables that the manufacturer could have still gotten wrong, which makes it only affect certain brands/models.

Even if you're 99% of the time right (which you aren't, just look at the comment above mine), stop tripping over your ego so much.

There's flying pages, which you use accio for like you would expect, and actual flying books like the ones in Sharp's class. The actual books are just normal objects that you can't "catch" persay, so they would trigger wingardum the same as if you were to accio a crate to jump up somewhere.

Or you’re casting it at the wrong item. Which is still user error.

It says in game when you learn both spells it will cast wingardium after accio, a few second delay is included though.

I can still pull books and things but sometimes wingardium procs instantly when you can carry the object to place elsewhere.

Not saying user error isn't possible but it is casting as intended when catin both in sequence.

Wingardium Leviosa only makes objects flow, they don't come towards you, only acio can be use to pull flying pages. There is no point in game where you need to catch literal books with exception of one mission and even then you use acio.
