I had the game working on the 8th, which was great! The game looked awesome, but now I'm getting stuff on the shaders screen. It loads for a few minutes then the music stops and just freezes. I don't understand as it was working. I haven't changed anything with the computer since so not sure what's happening. I just wanna play again, spent so much money getting the deluxe version and we can't even play... Well I did for a few hours, now I can't! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Not sure if savegames are stored there as well, but you can try and delete the game's appdata folder. Look under c:\users\{your username}\appdata\local\hogwarts legacy.
You either need to enable show hidden folders in explorer settings, or just type the path into the address bar.

But like I said just watch out that you don't delete your saves. Can't check now if they are in that folder as well

Hi, I don't understand what you mean. I've found the file, but I'm not sure what you want me to delete? The only thing in the folder is the saved game file it says.

Hmm had a chance to check now. Thought the shader cache might have been in that folder. Whay you could try is going into the Saved folder, and then delete all folders and files EXCEPT for the SaveGames one. That'll reset the config, but not sure if that will do anything sorry.
You can make a backup of the whole Saved folder first as well if you like. But deleting the configs shouldn't cause issues. As long as you don't delete the actual SaveGames lol

Okay so the shader cache is in c:\ProgramData\Hogwarts Legacy.
So try deleting that folder and try running the game again.
Not sure if this will help but can't hurt to try
