Why do the beasts only come in male and female? I understand that it is most likely this way for the sake of breeding, but it seems to perpetuate the utterly ridiculous idea that there is a male/female binary. And if that isn't bad enough, it also implies that such a binary is not only a naturally-occurring, biological imperative, but a necessary component of all creatures that reproduce sexually. I am deeply offended.

Men have thing this called a phallus, and women have a thing called vagina. sometimes, there is a mutation where a human can have one of each and is surgically changed as it causes medical problems in the future.

I know i'll get hate for this, but this is nature. animals are more complex and have different based on species. Some have these three or can be asexual and can legit change sex based on circumstances. For example, some spiders have no sex till they reach a certain age. they can go male or female (iirc)

However, if you want to change your body to be how you feel best that is your choice. Just keep in mind, fact and science dont commit to social norms. It fits truth and how we function ac a species through proven and tried tests over and over again.

Given you'd be an infant and have no choice, it's common for the parents decide; most decide to choose one way, and have the other way neutered. Typically, it's easier to remove the penis and testicles.

This usually leads to gender dysphoria from the few cases of actual hermaphroditic conditions I've heard of. I don't think babies should ever be mutilated.
