So i accidently took natty to hogsmeade with me instead of sebastian will this annoying girl be with me the rest of the game now or it doesnt really matter who you take to hogsmeade ?

All 4 companions are temporary - only on specific main story mission and in there story line mission ( 2nd one are optional ). They more of optional flavoring to main story mission rather that any major story branching. Completing story line for all 4 houses companion is advised as they unlock some deeper in game mechanism , Slytherin dark arts magic , Hufflepuff fantastic beast breeding / rescues , Gryffindor Flying mounts , Ravenclaw - limited story , unlocking the game’s Astronomy Tab , a type of collectible.
