do you have this in ANY other game ? if YES, your GPU might be broken. remind me of old R7 270X days.
I'm playing at medium in all settings. My GPU is a RX 580 8GB ... it is not the best, but the game should not do this.
No, I just checked the game files. (Library -> Right click on Hogwarts Legacy -> Local Data -> Verify integrity of game files) and that fixed, at least these glitches as seen in the video for me.
The only thing what happend a few times is that the water turns all black or disappears completly. But still better than these geometric glitches.
But I should also mention, that I had these glitches only with my old PC (i7-4770k, 16GB Ram, RX 580) with my new rig (i9-13900KF, 32GB Ram, RTX 4090) I never expierienced these glitches and bugs (but others)
So I would assume that this ''Water Bug/Glitch'' is a problem for AMD GPU's (Dont know if the same happens on newer GPU's from AMD).
Try out if my above mentioned steps would fix it (for the most part) otherwise I would say you'll have definetly wait for a new driver from AMD.
only times i have ever seen that kind of bug/glitch is when either the install was bad, or when the graphics card was about to die. might want to verify integrity.
