any modders out there willing to create an NPC removal mod or replacer mod?

if anyone is reading this and is a modder the ability to add in or replace certain worthless NPC's into maybe something cool or memorable like original characters albeit not cannon due to time frame but would make for some dope screenies. i know a few NPC's id replace for sure for the likes of Harry, hell even He who shall not be named!!! saw a mod replacing spiders w boxed but thats a plain in game asset swap im assuming the characters in question here would have to be created so prolly alot of work but man would be cool.

not sure who that is but na i meant the like hundreds of yappers among the halls, why is sirona annoying or something? or bad model?. if so then yeah something like that but nah i meant mostly the randoms. maybe like find a group of them all in one spot to replace for a group photo of sorts kinda thing.
