The reason why Siron Ryan is a problem for me...

The only reason I have a problem with that character is because it was shoe-horned in and forced.

It's a magic world, I GUARANTEE she could have a feminine voice if she chose to.

But they chose to give her a man's voice and a masculine name to MAKE SURE that everyone knows she is "trans." Rather than making it come out naturally as you develop a relationship with her and it gets revealed through dialogue.

It's just like the Mass Effect Andromeda trans person, it was shoehorned in without ANY REAL THOUGHT at all put to the character.

She is there to check a box, and absolutely no thought was put into her besides checking that box, THAT is why I have a problem with her character.

Regardless, she is a minor character as far as I can tell, and I am not going to seethe in anger about something so minor when the game itself is proving to be everything I ever hoped.

only problem I have with that person is the voice is so bland and boring.
It's not because its a male voice, just because whoever they chose to be voice actor got such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ boring bland voice.

I honestly don't know if it is a female voice that is just super pitched down or a male voice, but regardless it is very off, especially for a magic world.

the only voice worse is the player voice.. It sounds like they just used microsoft sam or some of the other voices on microsoft.

I specifically didn't pitch my voice because anything other than default sounded robotic as hell.

Why? It’s not as if transgender women are known for changing their voices to the point where they sound like any other women—oooooh.

All kidding aside, it is just odd that they tried to make the girl clockable to get inclusivity points. Very on brand for Harry Potter though.

i for one didnt even notice she was trans til it was pointed out to me and i was like oh huh ok lovely (i've heard im like right before where it is pointed out)

the fact that the character was in the game and people are still ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ only shows
how impossible it to please everyone (shoe~horned "bahumbug")

i support Trans rights
as all people that just want to be happy deserve to have equal rights
as long as what makes them happy is not harmful to others
before even gender WE ARE PEOPLE and i could care less beyond that

if
you are a good person that treats people with love and respect
i will always love and respect you
If
you are a ♥♥♥♥ person ruining peoples lives and harming others
then i will oppose you and i will always do so

^and those two points are before race,age,gender

but really people is the trans aspect of one character all that matters
why are there 5 forums just about this one f^^king aspect.
why cant we talk about how fun broom flight is or any of the other ground braking parts
of this game

Agree with you on this I doubt they would of know any difference if Jessica Darrow voiced her. If you dont know her she sing surface pressure from encanto.

My point is that I hate when people are in the game to check a box, and this person is CLEARLY in the game to check a box, I don't think a single person can make a logical argument against that fact.
NO THOUGHT was put behind her character whatsoever, as such it shouldn't have been added at all. If you want to be diverse and check your box, make sure you actually think about the character you are adding, don't just put it in as an afterthought...
