Report a translation problem
Normally, when you update to a new graphics driver then the shaders have to be completely recompiled but that doesn't happen here (thankfully... even 10-20 seconds feels like an eternity to wait these days... and, yes, I am someone who grew up with 10-20 minute loading times from cassettes on a Commodore 64 tape deck!). I guess I have become spoilt by console and PC SSD loading times...
Exactly, first one is long, all other 10-20 sec. But I must say, after NVIDIA driver update, it is very common to have few minutes black screen, where the shaders loading would be (there is many threads about it)

I think they should have some how saved it once you prepared it once, but if you dont let this load, you will have a worse time or likely would. For some it might not be an issue.
my nephew crashed the game in the preparing shaders part and now he plays with it
