The whole point of DDU is to properly uninstall GPU drivers to the point you don't need to clean your register. It has like a mini build in register cleaner specifically for GPU purposes. Looking at NVIDIA or AMD register entries and only touching those specific ones.
You would only be doing the same thing twice, and clearly you cant clean whats already cleaned by DDU.
On top of that, randomly running register cleaners and just ticking every box to "fix" things, can easily break something. Such programs cant possibly detect all ways how something is using / used by the register or not.
99% of the time anything that a register cleaner will find, doesn't even matter, having those register entries existing or not makes no damn difference at all. It only decreases the register size slightly.
woop tie doo, you now have 9999300 lines instead of 9999999.
Such a MASSIVE difference right ?
Say there somehow is something leading to a wrong file path, do you think it fixes it to the right file path? No, it just removes it.
You need to actually know what to look at with anything reported back, as that which is truly wrong, can only be fixed manually.
Just using DDU, is perfectly fine, don't need anything else.

Please for the love of god if you're reading this, do NOT download Driver Booster or any other 3rd party "Driver updating" application. They're a scam at best lmao.
Agree.
There doesn't exist a single software yet, focusing on ''driver'' updates that doesn't contain malware, 3rd party gathering informations or plain out gives you trojans.
Now to the fan boys....
NO.... NO you can't defend softwares that states they update your drives besides the makers of said hardware.....
Many updating softwares even claim they can update software offline. How come tell, over 1. mio updates avaible inside a 68mb exe???? Yeah
So i agree dont fall for this obvious attempt at stealing personal information.
let alone you should never ever remove or let a software bypass security.
