Can't keep playing after finished the intro

Just like the title. After finished the intro and the logo showed up and disappeared. The game would keep going back to the log-in page (where you choose to keep the story or create a new character). The story won't start. I have tried restart the game but it's the same. Has anyone have the same situation? (I'm still waiting for my sorting ceremony LOL)

Well you're not alone, and this game is the least achevied i have ever seen! Full of hundred buggs before the beggining of the game! What will wait us if we could arrived at the sorting ceremony?

if graphics settings - textiles are on ultra, lower it to high or med or low n try again
? maybe ?

First, thank you for the advice. I've check the graphics settings and they are all on low. I don't think it's the graphic problem since I can play the intro without any issue. I just get stuck in the intro. It's like a loop or a demo version of this game, and I can only play the Intro. Every time I click to continue the story, it starts from the character finding the bottle in Gringotts and ends with going to Hogwarts with Professor Fig. I even create another character but end with the same situation.

mine was solved with update... try to update or reinstall it

Yes, I've solved the problem. You can try to verify the integrity of the game. The update and reinstall didn't work. However, after I verified the integrity, the problem was solved!
