Outside of the US, many countries in Europe don't have this deep puritanical fear of alcohol being consumed by teenagers. In moderation and chaperoned by adults and school faculty, it's not really an issue.
I'd wager it to be light enough to be considered "non-alcoholic" by most standards.
But yeah the constant memberberries for butterbeer are exhausting, I get it it was a thing in the movies can we get on with the show now?
