Graphics are like Dragon Age Inquisiton from 2014
Anyone agree?

EDIT: stop copium overdosing just because you cant admit that the game looks several years old but runs like its from 2030

ive made it look les ♥♥♥♥ with the reshade tool, i wish it worked with the nvidia filters, much easier playing about while the game is running. And lol at the ppl above, the game looks good, especially now ive sorted the horrible blurry ♥♥♥♥ but its not really "best gfx EVA" The tiny amount of the game ive played so far seems good, im not a harry potter fan at all but might get into this.

3090ti here dude. and the b lur effect is hideous.

Are there blur effects you can't get rid off?

i don't remember that being a bad looking game.

If I had to compare, I'd say it's closer to AC Unity. Performances are close to what they were at launch too.

TAA is not able to be disabled.

yes, i ended up grabbing one of the many reshade inis from nexusmods to fix things, it seems the blur nonsense is a big gripe atm.
I linked it above if you wanna try it out.
ca. mb.DOF, dlss all disabled, tried all the AA options, even tried editting the engine.ini to either disable TAA or fix it (as a kind poster left a lot of settings to add to try to fix things) that along with the reshade seems to have upped the detail a lot and got rid of all the weird 3d effect blurring going on. Now looking like a game from the 2020s at going along at a nice 144fps.

You are blind or you don't have the ability to see. The graphics are freaking incredible. Even for UE4's usual look.

It beats Forspoken by miles.

It's not, it was on the frostbite engine. Graphics were good for Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Though, since it's newer, this game has way higher resolution textures and support for HDR and RTX, there's really no comparison.

I'm still considering buying it, but it's good to know there is a fix, because I despise blur effects.

Eh its one of the best looking games ive ever seen, second only to RDR2.

just started Dragon Age: Inquisition for the 1st time in my life after i finished Hogwarts Legacy back in 2023. at first i felt like it reminds me of something, and then i realised: the graphics, the way the camera is placed in the cutscenes, and the characters moves (a little bit buggy, with funny face animations) in these two games are kinda the same. so 100% agree.
it's not a bad thing tho, it's just a bit weird to see the time gap between the games, and how almost no thing is changed.

The game generally looks very nice at high settings and high resolutions. It's just that it's an unreal engine 4 open world game which grantees abhorrent technical issues.

So what if it does? It only shows that graphics still looks good to this day despite being several years old.
