Same, verified file integrity and apparently nothing is wrong. Can't open it from following the file path either. I have no idea.

This is my issue as well. Been trying to get back on for at least 2 hours now. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall because I have over 13 hours of game play already. I had no issues yesterday while playing except for one crash early on. No ideas of when it will be fixed?

If you are running the game as admin, turn that off. That fixed it for me.

Edit: I don't even remember turning it on, so don't flame me ty.

How do you do that? I didn't make that change either but I'll look into it.

I followed the file path in the error code, which brought me to an .exe file that was set to admin. Right click it > Properties > Compatibility > Uncheck "Run As Administrator"

I guess I have a different issue then. I don't even get an error code.

I moved my game to a new steam folder on my ssd as it was running like ♥♥♥♥, then it would not load. Worked it out buy going into my account userdata folder and renaming the hogwarts folder.old or you could delete it, looks any any saved are in the cloud thank god. Worked for me. I even checked files, spent 3 hrs reinstalling but this worked

I try to start it on my PC but it doesn't load at all. I don't even get the epilepsy warning screen.

So I just got the game yesterday. My husband and I tried for about four hours to load the game. We tried all the posted suggestions to fix it. Today after another hour of trying, I finally just threw my hands up, uninstalled the game and uninstalled my steam form my pc. Reinstalled both and boom it works. Played for four hours no issues. Idk if this will work for anyone else but it did for me.
