Turn Off RT - Turn Off DLSS and select DLAA under AA Mode + Nvidia Control Panel Options
Vertical Sync to Adaptive in Control Panel and Turn VSYNC OFF in-game
Threaded Optimization ON in Control Panel

Worked like magic for me.

You can find it through the Nvidia Control Panel.

Open Nvidia Control Panel - Manage 3D Settings - Program Settings - Select Hogwarts Legacy to customize

There you will find the Vertical Sync and Threaded Optimization settings.

I was struggling with my frame rate. only thing that seemed to truly work for me was the above mentioned.
