IF YOUR SAVE IS MISSING

Don't panic yet, the devs made a big oopsie. On Windows check your save path. By default it is "C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved"

However, if you're like me, you will also have a big dumb folder at this path: "C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Local\Hogwarts". Your save files are probably in there if you were playing yesterday and now the game tries to start from the beginning. Just copy them from the "Hogwarts\Saved" folder to the "Hogwarts Legacy\Saved" folder and you should be good.

I have no "Hogwarts" just "Hogwarts Legacy" which does have the save in it but wont read the game save for some reason.

I don't have save file on my Hogwarts legacy my is on F drive New folder steamapps common Hogwarts legacy only thing I see is Engine phoenix and plugins files no saved files
