"Your gear slots are full!" stuck lol

Stuck at this interface, this guy giving me some free gear, but I cannot claim it because it just tells me "Your gear slots are full!". I cannot even hit ESC or decline or get out of the UI. Doh.

You get a warning once you have full inventory, but yes... it sucks the amount items you can carry.

Oof, that is a nasty bug. I had a "your gear slots are full" notice, but not an actual crash like that.

I don't personally like the limits (or rather I feel its too low), but the merlin trials do help on increasing your gear slot cap. And some of the merlin trials are drop dead easy. The ones that have balls on the pedestal are the easiest. No timer, just shoot them all. Well, at least there's no timer on normal mode anyway.

Like all these bonus items they gave me, and from the wizarding world and twitch drops... basically locks you up?

Cosmetic items (like the twitch drops et al) appear to have no limit. It's actual GEAR that has limits on space.

Haven't hit this problem yet but can't you delete the items you currently have? At least I know that's an option when your browing gear, I set mine to MMB so I don't know what the default key is- - or if it's an option when your being 'offered something' .. but still, may be worth looking into?

There was a 'Sell' tab... but nothing in there I wanted to really sell, since it looked like ... special stuff I had been given. I couldn't get out of the interface to browse my inventory either.

Its odd it says 'gear slots' ... like, because I had something equipped, I couldn't accept the item he was 'giving me'. I would have expected the error message to say "Inventory is full! Sell something."

Just for a heads up, you can sell items you have and don't need to hold them.. When you're on the gear screen you can highlight a item (clothes/robes/hats ect) and hit F, you always keep the cosmetic look after it's gained and can reskin all clothing. You can have 1 robe but reskin it to like 20 things also that's where the deluxe edition clothing is.

You can also destroy items in your inventory or sell them off.
