I'm still on the fence as to whether I want to actually upgrade my console situation for the sake of future games. My six year old Xbox One runs totally fine with all the game I have. But I don't think it's powerful enough to run Hogwarts well. Will need at least the series s or One X and I'm hesitant to buy an entire new console for the sake of one game (well, at least until other games require that level of power and don't run well on PC.)
I really hope that this isn't a trend where devs. put so much less priority into making a good PC port for games. It's going to alienate the entire PC gaming community.

And no "roadmap" for the game(I Know its a single player game and they are working in last generation of consoles),but its a long time with so many issues.
I stop playing the game with 40 hours, waiting for a patch.
And i totally regret my pre order,i guess i still never learn :P
Thank you for the detailed procedure on this. I'm thinking of trying it, but I don't know if it would solve my problem since I actually made it through the shader step when the game was loading. I'm just desperate at this point to try anything.
