my wizard is glitched under the map when I load my game up

upon launch of my story, my wizard spawns in glitched under the map and Im not allowed to open the map or do anything else, I try loading the last auto save in a different location and it doesnt, just loads me in the same spot. i've restarted my game about 4 times now.

Same thing Occured with me until they implement a Patch to use menu While in the Falling Animation and not steady on the ground, the only thing that can be done is to Delete the Character and start the game again.

I had this happen the other day on a 60 hour save. When I re-loaded and that didn't fix it, I got on my broom and kept flying up near the Quidditch pitch and somehow ended above ground.

Not sure how to fix if you haven't unlocked broom.

For me all the saves loaded me under the map so i was forced to reset my character

I had this happen and I just sat there and waited then the world loaded around me. I saved near Slytherin common room and when I opened the save the next day it had me under the map. I just sat there for like 3 minutes and it finally loaded in. Same thing as you, couldnt use map or any buttons really

With the Falling animation it leaves you in no menus open at all. Esc does nothing | opening for wheel to get on broom doesnt work. Pushing M for the Map does nothing.

as ive said before fast travel isnt an option when under the Map while in an animation Menu Buttons are locked so the map doesnt work to fast travel
