Onyx HippoGriff Mount Unavailable Even though I have Pre Order?1

Can anybody help me understand why I cannot unlock the Hippogriff as I pre ordered the game and the Dark Arts Packs have worked?

There's a quest in game you have to complete to unlock the Hippogriff. You can then change the skin like you do for the Dark Arts pack.

You need to unlock them first through playing the main quests

The problem is'nt the quest. I have done this, I have only the poppy's white hippo and the thestral, but the onyx hippo don't appear and in the mane menu it's noticed "unavailable"

you have to earn it in the game, you just have to progress through, i just got a broom an im like 13hrs deep

Where did you purchase game? I ve got my from instant gaming and there were 2 keys. One of them for mount.

Grabbed mine from CDKeys and same thing. Two codes.
