Characters in polygon ?

Hi,
My post will probably look dumb but do someone else have a problem with the character's loading ? It's weird because, everything is good (Fps, terrain...) except characters (Player or npc) who literraly dont have faces and look like the tomb raider from 1996.

Is this a problem in my settings ? I play with everything in medium, I do not really have a war machine as computer so maybe the problem come from here ?(i7-2600K CPU, 16go RAM, GTX 980)

I saw someone fixing the problem while putting the textures quality on ultra.
It will decrease your FPS if you have a "bad config" but your texture will load correctly. High, medium and low dont work, but ultra does :')

OK so my buddy was having the same exact problem and we were able to fix it. He has an older NVIDIA rig, not sure what. Some combination of turning off depth of field, adjusting upscale type to AMD 1, and setting upscale mode to "performance." Hope this helps someone!
