I have the same problem, I have no idea
Same, high graphics doesn't cure it. Not much difference sadly.

Might be resolution scaling. One one PC the game looks fine for me, on the other it is blurry with resolution scaling set to something like 1280x720 (67%) and it is greyed out so I can't change it.

Check your DLSS. That downscale can really f-up the visuals.

Isnt the patch for fixing things not coming out until next monday after the official release?

If you turn off DLSS, it will jump to your native resolution.

My card doesn't support DLSS so that option is also greyed out.

Oh, ok, well.. I am out of ideas. It's just i had this same blurry thing and turning off DLSS fixed it. I am not sure, what else could force downscale.

upscale type > none

It's the TAA. Post Processing anti aliasing that has pretty bad blur and causes loss in performance, and yet every game forces it on these days because it makes the dev's job easier by allowing TAA to hide graphical issues with thin lines like hair and fur.
Go to your AppData\Local\Hogwarts Legacy\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor and find Engine.ini, and add these lines.
[SystemSettings]
r.PostProcessAAQuality=0
Turning it off will make hair and tree leaves pixelated and look like they're missing textures, because TAA is bluring them and hiding the holes. I much prefer this look and performance boost over the Vaseline smeared on my monitor, at least at 1080p.
Of course any upscaling like DLSS is overwriting the TAA so they both need to be disabled.

Its the upscaling type. Make it none and you can take off the scaling and fix the blur.
