2080TI can't play this game on it's lowest settings...
The game is new and it may very well get fixed, but for now, I'm running on a 2080TI at lowest possible settings and I'm getting 12 fps. down to 2 fps at least every ten seconds. its unplayable rn for me. a lot of people are saying get better hardware but not being able to play on a 2080TI is a little insane in my opinion. hopefully they smooth it out soon. the game also says my hardware should be able to run everything on ULTRA settings. (ULTRA with ray tracing takes 55% GPU power.) I don't know how I can be using so little of my performance and still be getting such horrible frame rate and upwards of ten seconds of frame freeze in the middle of a fight (on the absolute lowest settings the game has to offer). and yes that makes it impossible to fight against 4 players as you don't know when to defend or how to counter. as of right now the game is broken for me. I really hope they can turn this around soon.

Did you fiddle with the upscaling stuff in the parameters ? I'm playing with an old rig and getting solid 50/60 fps with most setting between medium and high. You should try the one that fits you the most and push up the resolution scale to 1, the game will look crisper. Also swap the game's Dlss to the newest version, the one from the game is outdated

2080ti isn't a great card (not power wise, but it was just a generation worth skipping) but it certainly should be able to run it. You must be missing something. Something else is wrong.

I have a similar 20 series card and i have the same problems here. It stutters alot. I'm hoping they can fix this in the day one patch

if you have stuttering, try disabling smt for the game. You need an app called process lasso for that. It helped me with massive frame dips - now it's smooth.

Try what I advised above, swapping dlss version to the newest one reduced a lot of the initial stutter I had. Also fsr 2.0 looks and feels quite great with the resolution scale pushed up to 1.

disable ray tracing and put dsr 2k ,it will increase usage gpu

1080ti playing on 1440p with everything on Ultra. Maybe you have a manufacturers defect or a software or hardware compatibility problem. Welcome to gaming. If anything, you get good at troubleshooting.

If you have to make these topics, just play on consoles.

I find this very hard to believe.

I'm using 2080ti with 3900x and 64gb of ram. Ultra settings running 59-60 fps at 4k. GPU use is at 92%, I do have a pretty good OC on the gpu. 1200 watt psu it dropped once to 42fps at thr sorting in the school.

so many people who are clueless with PCs..no way in hell this game runs any worse then Forspoken which I play fine on a 2080ti.

People don't understand manufacturer defects, hardware and/or software compatibility problems. Every PC part you buy comes with a warning it may not play well with your other equipment.
