Stable 60-90 FPS at 1440p on a GTX 1080ti (full specs/settings inside)
Seems like performance isn't great for a lot of people, so I figured I'd post my thoughts about what might be causing issues.

Specs:
Ryzen 5 3600
GTX 1080ti
32GB DDR4 3600MHz
Nvidia GPU driver: 511.79

Settings:
1440p, 100% rendering resolution
TAA high
Effects quality, sky quality, foliage quality, texture quality, and view distance quality all on high
Everything else on medium

Lowest I've dropped is 58 FPS, even during the first Hogwarts cutscene, and I'm averaging 70+ FPS.

From what I gather, the DLSS implementation is broken, so that's the first thing you'll want to turn off. That being the case, you probably shouldn't expect to play at 4K natively, even on the strongest hardware. I also recommend turning off Nvidia reflex low latency, as it is enabled by default, though I don't think it's as detrimental as DLSS.

Lastly, whether due to a memory leak or by design, the game seems extremely memory hungry. Unless you've got 10+ GB of VRAM, 16GB may not be enough to keep your frame rate from dropping hard in some scenes. At times I show it using nearly HALF of the 43GB total I have available.

So there ya go. We're sure to see some patches in the near future, but if you want to get the game running at a playable frame rate right now, it is possible. Most people will just need to add some more RAM and/or temper expectations when it comes to resolution. For what it's worth, the game does look fantastic, definitely up to "next-gen" standards.
