Well, not sure about which stuttering and frame dropping PC port you're talking about but Hogwarts Legacy runs just fine at Ultra 1440p and definitely looks better than console.
And in case you're unaware, "frametime inconsistency" is a technical term for, you guessed it, stutter! One type of stutter at least.
Most of you whining on about stutters and fps drops probably bought a pre built, and you most likely don't even clean, maintain and update it. Stick to your inferior device. Armchair gamers, sheesh
