There's a bug in the game involving having a full inventory and attempting to open certain chests. Here's the details:

Its a giant click bait tbh, there is only a certain amount of looted visuals and they can be accessed and applied to any gear at any time by just mousing over a gear slot and hit F (tooltips wink wink) any unique stuff you get from "loot" quests, rewards etc are generally not given as items but as appearances collection only so no this isnt game breaking at any point but it does lose you 60-200g with every chest (do story quests to unlock ♥♥♥♥ and get a bigger inventory) but biggest tip, just fast travel and sell stuff.

Edit: Enemy mobs also drops the same loot with rarity as a trait so you can loot anything from any level appropriate mob which do respawn so there isnt a giant catastrophe if you miss out on a couple of these.

Why you hatin'? It works. Youtubers deserve free games if they put in the work.

I believe youtubers should get games for free, like I did this game, (yes I got it for free.) because my reach is massive and I can get people within the niche I work in to buy it as they'll see me play it and also want to play it. Why should youtubers such as myself pay for the game when we're increasing sales and are beneficial to game developers?

"Massive" ... Very prententious, you are using the game as a tool, Youtubers doesn't deserve games, it's up to the Developpers/Publisher if they want to
Saying you deserve free games is bad behavior, it's not up to you to chose what you deserve, but other to do so, choosing yourself that you deserve something is just pure selfishness

After you get the weave thing it really feels like there´s no point in keeping outdated gear, even levendary, so yeah this might not be as gamebreaking but it´s still an issue worth reporting.

This Video is bad researched.

You can get the chest later on. After a certain amount of time, the chest resets itself. The Chest in the Video also dropped no item for me, when i had an full inventory and i could not get the item back, when i tried to fast travel to the chest again or made some room in my inventory. But after 10 Hours of more playtime, i stumbled across the roofs again and the chest was lootable again.

So it resets after a certain amount of time or actions i guess

The inventory restriction is dumb as hell anyway. Really not well designed at all. The game shoves LOADS of gear items in your face long before you can expand your slots or even sell items. Yes, you can discard stuff but that is hardly a good solution for the problem. It's really not well done.
