I pre-ordered the standard edition so when can I pre-install?

I pre-ordered the standard edition on Steam (not the one that gives me early access, the one that lets me play the game on February 10). Does anyone know when I might be able to pre-install the game so that it is already installed and ready to go when February 10th comes? I know some games let you download and install the game but not play it until it goes live. I was curious if Hogwarts Legacy is such a game. I have heard conflicting things on this matter.

you can start the download on 10th at 10am PST / 1pm EST / 6pm GMT
and play as soon the downloead is finished
