Does this Reshade only remove this “ugly washed out fog filter”-bug or does it eliminate any kind of volumetric fog which would be sad because some fog and smoke effects would of course add to the atmosphere in a fantasy game like this…
1. Is this program being installed somewhere? I always have to use the downloaded setup-file from the Reshade-homepage to activate it or uninstall it for a specific game. Other programs have an exe file and installation path, but I can’t find it for Reshade. Seems it only installs a few files to the chosen games where you want it…
2. When I tick/untick specific functions to experiment with the results, I can’t undo it and reload the original preset (although I never clicked the save-icon). So if I untick all functions do I have to make a full reinstall of Reshade to get the mod like it was meant to be played?
3. Is Reshade with all the functions/plugins unticked the same picture as if Reshade was uninstalled? So the look of the vanilla game?
4. Is there a toggle-possibility to simply turn the Reshade-mod on/off on the fly to see the difference between original vanilla game without Reshade-mod and the mod being ON? Or do I have to start the setup-file and uninstall Reshade from my game to see the difference?
Would be grateful if someone could give me some answers. Thanks.
its important to choose the correct output. most games take dx 10/11/12 so maybe that is the issue.
