Why can i not download the game

I got the deluxe edition and it wont give me option to download or play the game . Telling me the game will unlock on the 11th ?? any ideas how to get around this ?

WB isn't doing preloads for pc for whatever reason, but consoles get it. :(

they are not letting pre-downloads and the game will unlock 10am PST (pacific Standard Time) on the 7th so convert that time to your time zone to figure out when you will be able to play it. the steam page says the 10th (or 11th for eastern hemisphere) for everyone but will be available 72 hours before. and it has been stated MANY times before the Base game unlocks on the 10th at 10am PST (pacific Standard time) and 72 hours before is the 7th at 10am PST so convert that to your timezone

It's more than likely because of day 1 patching, and Steam's awful file verification system, they don't want to take the chance of corrupted files causing review bombs because people are too inept to look for the "verify files" button.
