Nope. 9/10 from IGN which doesn't mean much given how they inflate scores though the game is probably at least decent.
GameSpot hasn't posted a review yet.
People forget that Witcher 3 had a rough launch (though not as bad as Cyberpunk.)
Deathloop is definitely not a 10/10 though. It's a 7 or 8 at best.
It may well be a ploy. Its a trend for people to check out a game they don't like.
Like i said, early gameplay previews. I dont look to any reviewers for their opinions.
I have over 100 hours on gotham knights, a game that every reviewer told me was garbage. I dont care about the opinions of people i dont know, and certainly dont respect. Game reviewers have shown they arent objective, so this position gamers take of "dont preorder and wait for reviews" or "xyz reviewer has said buy the game!" has always been completely absurd.
For years, gamespot/ign have been completely untrustworthy as game reviewers, yet people still put stock in what they say.
You could just look up features of the game, what the games about, Read dev posts to see what they say. See what company is making the game and what their track record of games has been.
TLDR: Research too hard, Urg Ur booga!
