The only mention about Azkaban for HL was a brief comment that if you belong to a certain house you'll make a visit there. There was never any clarification on which one. Yes, it probably is Slytherin, but again, that's all they've said, "one house will have a visit".

On the contrary supposedly there is a lot of timed events in the game and day and night cycle so you can miss stuff. The classes however aren't missable and follow the story.
