I'ma just say with near certainty...

No.

My old Intel core duo from over 10 years was faster at 3.4 ghz speed. Yours is a dual core 2.0ghz.

Nah that wont work mate, unless it has atleast 420 ram it should be oke, but i doubt it.

That is correct. It is a laptop and not upgradable.
