Worth the pre-purchase?

I usually never pre-purchase any games but at the time being, I am dealing with a loss and would really like to just deep dive into a big story game such as this and just forget all the "real life issues" for a while. Therefore I was considering getting the deluxe edition for the early access so that I can occupy my spare time as soon as possible.

My main question (might be stupid ik) is if the pre-purchase is worth it? My main concern is the optimization, as I fear the potential optimization issues on release. I am running a 3080 and a ryzen 7 5800x so in theory there should not be any problems? But what do you guys think, is there a considerable risk that the game will release very poorly optimized to the point that it will be unplayable on feb 7 th, therefore ruining the whole pre-purchase deluxe experience?

The game will be fine. Its worth pre-ordering for the deluxe edition.

Pc will be way smoother then console 100% and look better.
The only optimization issues effects all consoles and PC. Day 1 patch should fix this or they might have already fixed it. When flying you wont see some students. Then when you land they pop in. Also some areas you have to load in when there shouldnt be any loading. Although this is not really bad. Its roughly like 10 secs sometimes then the door will open. But like I said these things are probably already fixed. This is also nit picking. Compare this to any other AAA game that has come out. I would say this is way more polished then anything that has come out in the last 10 years. Depending one what settings you want to run it on. You will be fine.

The game isn't even out on pc yet so there isn't a clear definitive answer on how it would play.
