Mormon representation in Hogwarts Legacy
Since Avalanche Software HQ is in Salt Lake City, there might be some LDS representation?

Doubt it.

Wrong continent. Still we can probably see muggles in their natural habitant ingame.

I'm actually a little doubtful we'd encounter any muggles in-game. Unless they just arbitrarily lock out your magic wheel for the duration, it would completely derail the plot if you do magic in front of them. Unless you're with someone who's very good at memory charms, I guess...

I doubt it, JK largely kept religion out of The Harry Potter world - the only evidence for religion is they celebrate a few festivals but as most people know the "Christian Festivals" are actually old Pagan Festivals celebrated long before Christianity was born.

Christmas is Yule Tide, and Halloween is Samhain, “Easter” was derived from “Eostre a Saxon Goddess and even before this saxon Goddess Spring Equinox was celebrated, so it seems equally as likely that they just follow old pagan traditions

I have to be honest, I have been to Utah and I saw the Mormon temple and it was most impressive building in the whole city.

The Church of LDS has absolutely nothing to do with the wizarding world, organised religion has nothing to do with the wizarding world and this game is set in the UK, not in salt lake city.

wow why are you hating on a religion?

I remember in 2001 some Christian Church bought, and burned, hundreds of JK Rowling's books because promoting magic is the Devil's work. JK simply responded.

"Thanks for buying my books. Do you want to buy more to burn?" Or words to that effect. Either way she gets paid!

THere was no hate whatsoever in my post. just a factual statement about how the church of LDS has absolutely nothing to do with the wizarding world and organised religion isnt even referenced in the books, followed by another factual statement about the game's setting VS where LDS is based.

because anyone belonging to a religion is by definition a bit simple.
If there is a deeply religious man in a room by jove he will let you know about it... they are a bit like Linux users in that respect.

Doubt it, I have LDS friends, They wouldn't really be in favour of mixing their ideology with the wizarding world.

It wouldn't work out very well, you'd never be able to get away from their missionaries if they had magic.
