if they paid for delux edition, yes but then it aint a preload, just an installation
On a day 1 release on steam, the best I have ever gotten was 20. Especially the first couple hours. Normally, Steam allows me about 50, but still no where near what Epic or Xbox allows.
WB just seems to care more about the console versions of their games. Probably where the larger chunk of their sales are. But it's a feedback loop. They release the PC version of games in a bad state. It sells worse than console versions. It gets lower sales. They cut back on resources and care needed to help it compete with the console versions. Rinse and repeat.
♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, you have an issue on your PC then. I have fiber and I get the full 120/125 MB/s in Steam as I get on Battle.net/MS Store.
Stop blaming your issues/defects on something arbitrary, just because you lack the knowledge to properly analyse the problem and fix it.
Pathetic.
Steam servers are always terrible during big game releases. Don't pretend they aren't. What a weird thing to get aggressively defensive about.
That said it is easy enough to switch your steam download server to another region and get faster download speeds.
