I don't think there're any (official) information out there yet.
Going with the fluff in the books you shouldn't be able to visit the Hufflepuff common room as a non-Hufflepuff at all. The other common rooms might be a possibility though ...

I dont think so. They always seemed protective of eachothers common rooms. All houses do compete with eachother after all
