PS5 or Ryzen 7 5800H, rtx3060

tempted to buy a PS5 to play this (along with Last of Us part 1) at 4K and kick back with a controller on a big TV.

but as i have a good laptop already, what will give the best 4K gaming performance, holding a steady 60fps, PS5 or laptop with the above specs connected to the TV as an external display

swaying to the PS5.. just want some feedback.
