I hope there’s a Yule Ball

The Yule Ball is specifically for the Tri-wizard tournament, which I don't is happening, and if so, not at Hogwarts.

Maybe as a dlc/expansion but I don't see that happening in the base game. Would like to see that too though.

Can't and wouldn't happen due to the fact that the last Triwizard Tourment was in the 1792 so a 100 years before we go to Hogwarts and all 3 headmasters got injured at that event so they banned it for several years (even though there were attempts to bring it back) the final time in the 1994-1995 school year

Not going to happen because the last time there was a Trizwizard tourment before 1994 was in 1700s (I think it was 1792 but I might be wrong) and they were banned until 1994. there *were* attempts to bring it back but it never happened

I would be happy for that to be retconed, seems weird that the ball is held only for the tournament.

There is no other reason for the Yule ball to happen -itss only part of the Triwizard Tourment-there's no other formal event (beside weddings) for Hogwarts students to attend

Yes, I know. I am aware and I find it both weird and unrealistic that there is only one formal event that is reliant on a an infrequent tournament.
